My name is Rick Jarvis and I am from Richmond, Virginia.

I am in real estate and marketing.

‘Content is king‘ is one of my favorite observations.

I am one of the founders of the One South Realty Group.

I am lucky to have worked on some of the coolest development projects Richmond has ever seen.

I used to hate writing in college, but now I love it. I write a lot – usually about real estate, development trends, marketing, and statistics.

This is my favorite place to write.

I geek out on numbers.

In the long run, sharing knowledge is a better strategy than hoarding it.
