Some projects have a different look. The Cary Mews project on the west edge of VCU is a highly visible ‘mixed architecture’ residential project whose look and feel was a sharp departure from typical Fan District architecture. 13 condos comprised the project with 6 being newly constructed modern inspired top-over-bottom town homes with amazing outdoor space. The remaining 7 were constructed in the existing warehouse and feature ‘urban loft chic’ design and featured a more raw and industrial feel.

We were lucky to have been offered an opportunity to help price and select the finishes for the project. Being able to offer our guidance is one of the knowledge assets that we bring to the table when helping launch a project. The Cary Mews was one of our favorite projects we have gotten an opportunity to work on.
