Our office is an integral part of our DNA. We bought the site in 2012 — and when we did, we were maybe 30 agents, only a few years removed from the greatest real estate crash in a century. A lot of folks thought we were crazy.
But making a real commitment to the business and the brand — building our permanent home — felt like a mandatory next step, and the chance to own a great Fan District building with parking was too much to pass up. We hired an architect and a developer to execute the vision and secured Federal and State Historic Tax Credits, the City's Tax Abatement program, and the Enterprise Zone credit — one of the most financially beneficial projects we've ever undertaken.
