Beginning in 2010, at the behest of my technology partner, I started to write down my thoughts and much of what I had learned since getting ‘in the business’ in 1993.
Here is where we blog the most (a full list of our sites is in the sidebar):
- Probably the biggest blog site we have is here at RichmondVAMLS.net
- We also write for a national publication called Inman News
- OneSouthRealty.com also has a well developed blog.
- As does our site on New Homes
There are others that also have smaller blogs that are more niche based, but they don’t carry a high level of traffic and were built for more specific purposes or about specific neighborhoods.
It seems to add up quickly as there are many articles and posts that have been written over the past several years. Every time I think the well has gone dry for ideas, a new situation presents itself and gets me thinking.
We have also begun recently to use the blog posts as content for our drip campaign so any written word has a long shelf life and the ability to re-purposed in many ways.
